CALLED TO SERVE - Volunteer Opportunities
For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the member of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. For the body is not one member, but many. 1 Corinthians 12:12-14
When we become a Christian, God gives us salvation and the hope of eternity in heaven. He has given each of us the opportunity to serve others and make a real difference in our community. God didn't design ministry for just a few people, but for every member of our church. We all have been given a gift to serve.
Do you have a heart for children, youth, singles and maybe you love to talk! I am one of those people, I love coming into the Church and just reaching out to people. A hug, a handshake and a smile goes a long way. There are people that step into our building every week with heavy hearts, fears and no where to turn. God is reaching out to others through you.
