Treasures of Healthy Living by Annette Reeder

This practical Bible study will reveal the truth about the foods you eat and provide simple tools to begin improving your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Apples of Gold by Betty Huizenga
Time: THURSDAY mornings 9:45am—12:45pm (Childcare drop off time 9:30am, pickup no later than 1:00pm) THURSDAY evenings 6:30pm—8:30pm * Class Begins Thursday, February 2nd Meets off-site Cost: $45, includes meals/ book Childcare is provided for the morning session only. You must pre-register for childcare when you sign up for the class. No childcare available for Thursday evening classes.
Apples of Gold is a mentoring program based on Titus 2:3-5, teaching ways to enhance our spiritual lives, the lives of our families and those around us. The primary purpose of Apples of Gold is for the older women to nurture younger women in the Word of God and to encourage them to be obedient to that Word. The secondary purpose is to show ways to love our homes in learning homemaking skills in Cooking, Decorating, Relational skills and Hospitality. AOG is a 6 week study offered in the Winter and Fall sessions on Thursday mornings from 9:45am - 12:45 pm and on Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 pm in the Youth Cafe. Registration will take place at the church Information Desk. The cost of the session is $45.00. |

Body & Soul Fitness Exercise Class
Time: TUESDAY mornings 8:30am—9:45am THURSDAY mornings Thurs 8:30am –9:45am Starts: January 10, 2012 Room: Kids Worship Studio B Instructor: Ashley Knickerbocker There is no childcare available for either the Tuesday or Thursday morning class.
“Where faith and fitness meet!” A one hour and fifteen minute cardio, strength, and flexibility class set to contemporary Christian music that can benefit ladies of any fitness level, beginner to experienced. There will be a short devotional and prayer time at the end of each workout and a devotional resource to be used for your quiet time at home |

IN HIS GARDEN
In His Garden is a 6 week Bible study designed after the format of Apples of Gold for those interested in learning more about gardening and developing a deeper relationship with The Master Gardener. Mentors teach lessons from the Bible using garden and plant references, in addition to a class each week on basic gardening subjects and techniques. Classes are held at the mentor's homes so that students can experience garden variety and techniques first hand. The cost for this study is $25. Meetings are held on Thursday mornings at 9:30am or Thursday nights at 6:00pm during the Spring session. The first class is held at CH Baptist, with all the other meetings being held at Mentor’s homes. More details for this class will be available soon. |
